The momentum around the unparalleled power of educating and empowering young women grows stronger everyday with the release of each new study or celebrity endorsement. The world is realizing that when young women thrive, we all thrive.

However, in Guatemala (home to the one of the worst gender equity gaps in the Western Hemisphere), this conversation eludes millions of young women who remain isolated and unaware of a global movement occurring in their name. Young women who courageously lead change are too often doing so alone.

The Chispa Action Network (CAN) exists to connect these powerful leaders to sustain and embolden their ability to lead transformational change.
